Delivering Foam Monuments
I had to make a delivery to a house that was way off the beaten path of my usual route. I was delivering foam monuments and was very curious about what they looked like. When I arrived at the house where the foam monuments were to go, there was no one home. I was unsure about whether or not to just leave them, or come back at a different time.
As I was backing down the driveway, one of the boxes rolled off of my truck and broke open. When I got out to pick it up, I was just hoping that it was not ruined. I would be in a lot of trouble if my company had to pay to have a new one made. I saw that it was actually monument foam signs. It made more sense than just foam monuments.
I was happy to find out that the foam signs were not damaged by falling off of the truck and I would be able to come back and deliver them at a different time when someone was home to sign for them. I would however have to go back to work and find a new box that was not damaged and was big enough to hold the monument.
